Cerrig y Barcud Holiday Cottages - New Halen Môn Saltcote

Located in a glorious position on the Menai Straits, just a stone's throw from Cerrig y Barcud Cottages,  Tŷ Halen Môn – Anglesey Saltcote – is a brand new and unique £1.25m bespoke building next door to Anglesey Sea Zoo.

The Visitors' Centre is a beautiful building, and offers a lovely range of gifts from Anglesey in addition to a huge variety of sea-salt based products (including Green & Black's Chocolate with Anglesey Sea Salt)

The centre will also offer tours behind the scenes for those who are interested in discovering what makes Halen Môn / Anglesey Sea Salt the seasoning of choice for home kitchens and top restaurants around the world.

Tours take about 50 minutes and are available at £6 for adults and £4 for children. We'd recommend calling to arrange your tour in advance. There's plenty of parking for both cars and bikes, or alternatively choose a lovely sunny day and take a stroll from your cottage down to Halen Mon where you can pick up all your souvenirs for the folk back home.
